The desktop app is the product

An assistant for your work, a technician for your machine, the same safety ladder under both. The web is only the account layer. For organizations, the Enterprise Edition puts an admin Console behind a fleet of them.

For your machine

A technician who lives there

Describe the problem in your own words — attach a screenshot if it helps. Xenon runs the diagnostics itself and streams every step live: you watch the investigation happen, not a progress bar.

  • Read-only diagnostics run unattended — looking never needs permission
  • Every proposed fix waits for a human yes, never goes straight to the machine
  • Stop button ends an investigation mid-turn, immediately
  • Multi-turn threads — follow-ups remember what came before

For your work

An assistant, not just a mechanic

The same app helps with the work you were doing when the machine interrupted you. It reads and reviews documents, drafts alongside you, works with your files — and remembers how you like things done.

  • Reads and reviews the documents you hand it — contracts, papers, PDFs
  • Drafting that keeps your preferences, in a memory that is yours per person
  • Reads your connected Gmail when you ask it to
  • Attachments are used for the answer, never stored

For organizations

The Enterprise Edition

Exists today, self-hosted: your organization runs its own Controller on its own server, with the admin Console in front of it and an Agent on every employee machine. Admins pick any machine in the fleet and ask about it in plain English; everything that would change a machine flows through one pending queue with a real second pair of eyes.

  • Fleet health, tickets, and incident rooms — every admin in one shared thread
  • Critical actions require two distinct approvers — enforced server-side
  • OIDC single sign-on, revocable enrollment, token allowances per person
  • An installer built for silent mass deployment
  • Offered as-is — enquiries to support@xenon.solutions

For the budget

AI spend you can see coming

Every model call is metered and attributed to the person who spent it. Enterprise admins set monthly allowances per person; the hosted edition’s subscription tiers will each carry a monthly AI allowance. When a cap bites, Xenon says what’s paused, what still works, and when it resets — and a broken machine always gets investigated, allowance or not.

  • Token accounting on every turn, attributed to the person who spent it
  • Usage ledger by machine, model, and kind
  • No surprise API bills

The hosted edition is being built now. The Enterprise Edition exists today, offered as-is. Enquiries for either go to support@xenon.solutions.
