Xenon is a desktop app that helps with the work you actually do — reading and reviewing documents, drafting, your files, your mail — and looks after the machine you do it on. It diagnoses problems in plain English, proposes the fix, and runs nothing you haven’t approved.
You asked: “My computer feels really slow, can you look into it?”
The problem
Either you paste error messages into a search bar at midnight, or you hand a remote-control tool the keys to everything. Neither is help.
Remote-support tools work by holding open shell access to your machine — total trust in whoever holds the credential. Xenon has no shell to hold open: every action comes from a reviewed catalog, typed and bounded.
An assistant that lives in a browser tab can't check your disk, open the file you mean, or notice the process eating your CPU. Xenon lives on the machine, so its answers come from looking, not guessing.
There is no IT department at home. When your machine misbehaves, you are the help desk. Xenon gives you the technician — one who explains what it found and asks before touching anything.
How it works
“My computer feels slow.” Ask the assistant on your own machine, screenshots attached if it helps. In the Enterprise Edition, admins can ask about any machine in the fleet from the Console.
Read-only diagnostics run automatically, streamed live so you watch every step as it happens. Change your mind mid-investigation? Hit stop — the turn ends immediately.
Anything that would change the machine lands in an approval queue, tiered by blast radius. Nothing executes without a human yes — and an approval covers exactly one machine.
Verified execution
Every action Xenon can take is ranked by blast radius, and each rung raises the bar for the yes.
There is no raw shell anywhere in Xenon. Every action comes from a reviewed, parameter-validated catalog — typed, bounded, nothing to inject. And an approval covers exactly one machine: in either edition, there is no fleet-wide fan-out to abuse.
Two editions
The same assistant, the same catalog, the same ladder. The difference is who runs the Controller.
Being built now. You'll sign up with Google, install one desktop app, and get an assistant that helps with your actual work and looks after your machine — Xenon runs the Controller for you. The assistant, the diagnosis loop, and the approval ladder exist today; sign-up, hosting, per-tenant isolation, and billing are what's being built. Flat subscription tiers, each with a monthly AI allowance — prices when it opens.
Exists today. Your organization runs its own Controller on its own server: the admin Console, an Agent on every employee machine, fleet health, the approval queue with a real second pair of eyes, SSO, tickets and incidents, token allowances, the audit trail, and an installer built for silent mass deployment. Offered as-is — enquiries to support@xenon.solutions.
What you get
Watch every diagnostic and every finding in real time — not a spinner, the actual work.
Reads and reviews documents, drafts alongside you, works with your files, and reads your connected Gmail when you ask.
Xenon remembers how you like things done and carries it forward — per person, on purpose.
Every proposed fix waits for a yes, tiered by blast radius, with a full record of who approved what.
Every prompt, tool call, action, and sign-in is recorded. The trail even logs what the UI deliberately won't reveal.
In the Enterprise Edition, unresolved conversations become tickets carrying the whole diagnostic trace, and all-hands moments get a shared incident room.
Every model call is token-accounted. Enterprise admins set per-person allowances; hosted tiers will each carry a monthly one. A broken machine is always investigated.
Enterprise Edition: OIDC single sign-on, revocable enrollment, forced resets, and idle timeouts — policy set once, enforced everywhere. Hosted: sign-in with Google, being built now.
Under the hood
The hosted edition is being built now. The Enterprise Edition exists today, offered as-is. Xenon is a personal project built by one person — and either way, your enquiry lands with him at support@xenon.solutions.
